Enduring Classic

Working with clients who had recently purchased a home in Calgary's Oakridge region, we had the opportunity to completely transform the layout of their main floor and make way for a large kitchen full of natural light. By removing the wall dividing the kitchen and formal dining room, we were able to take a small u-shape kitchen and transform it into a wide-open kitchen with a 10-foot long island for entertaining.

To really hone in on a classic-modern aesthetic, the Matte collection in Linen was used along the base cabinets, accented with Smal shaker doors on the tall cabinets with custom paint to match the Linen lowers. The room is grounded in it's center with a contrasting island in Coastal Dusk, highlighted with a quartz waterfall edge that features subtle marbling for an organic touch.
