Parksville Paradise

Quite literally, this kitchen was built from nothing. The Before of this gorgeous space is just an empty room with a lone exercise bike in the corner. A far cry from the bright and lively kitchen that was created during this renovation. The homeowners made the bold move to relocate their kitchen to this sun-drenched but neglected spot in their home and the results speak for themselves.

"We had the opportunity to completely change the location of the kitchen within the home, to not only make it bigger but also give it direct access to their patio and outdoor space. This kitchen design is a balance of asymmetry and symmetry - you can see this through the open shelves on the uppers and along the range wall."

The balance of warmth, texture, and contrast brought by design partner Manda Roy Design is at the heart of this new joyful space. The softness of the linen uppers against the warmth of our Coastal Beachwood provides a soft modern palette that gets it's punch from the bold veining of Caesarstone's White Attica quartz and the minimal matte black pulls throughout.

This kitchen now serves as a gathering space within their home, a place where they start and end their day together as a family.
